Register your complaint.

Choose the appropriate Category, Sub-category, Description and upload a picture of the complaint spot.
Based on your location, the Ward Name and Ward no. will get auto-entered.
Click Submit and your complaint will get registered.

Access the list here

Click on the Complaint ID 

You will see details of a particular complaint that you had lodged

Further process

The complaint will be assigned to the responsible BBMP official. You will get the mobile no. of the BBMP official to whom your complaint has been assigned. He/she will come to the spot, call you, see the spot and take action with his/her team to fix the reported problem. The complaint will get closed only when you confirm that the reported complaint has been rectified.

If the BBMP official closed your complaint without resolving...

In case the BBMP official closed your complaint without resolving it, take a picture of the spot and share it with BBMP Sahaaya Whatsapp no. +91 94806 85700. Interact with them and they will follow up with the BBMP Official and get your complaint resolved.

Each citizen should care for his/her own ward in Namma Bengaluru; and act on it. Hold the civic officials of your ward to accountable to address civic issues, one by one.
